I am not ready to leave this world, so I do what I can to make sure that I keep feeling the best that I can. I go to see a chiropractor in Redding on a regular basis. I make sure to get my annual physical every single year. I pay attention to when I need to get all of my different medical tests done each year. I take vitamins. I try to eat well, and I work out whenever possible. I have noticed that I feel a lot better than a lot of people my age. It’s all about how well you care for yourself.
I must admit that I was not very good at caring for myself when I was much younger. I would even go as far as saying that I was quite a bit late. My parents and my siblings were never that way. And none of us could figure out why I was. It just seemed really hard to do all of the things that you need to do to make sure that you so healthy. But I noticed my body was not feeling as good as it should. I also notice that my parents and my siblings were in great shape. I knew immediately that I needed to change my way.
The first thing that I did was to join a gym. I also hooked up with a personal trainer who really taught me all the things that I need to do just stay fit. without him, I don’t think that I would have done as well as I do. He also helped me to learn how to enjoy exercise. I even begin looking forward to it, and miss my trips to the gym to workout when I was not able to go. When I began feeling better over all again, I knew that I was onto something. That was all I needed to know to jump start my new, healthy lifestyle.
